Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves. ~ Carl Jung, Swiss psychologist (1875 - 1961)

SLIDE Overview

From Plato's "four characters" exposed way back in 340BC all the way to Keirsey's modern day re-interpretation called the "four temperaments" from the 1960's - one thing remains consistent, many attempts throughout the ages to identify and classify four prominent trends in society.

Our 21st century SLIDE methodologies differ in that we can now introduce an entirely new way of looking at what we call, "the four quadrants of society" which has far more powerful implications in appreciating pre-determined value systems. For example, where various quadrants have either a core propensity towards science, art, business or conservation, etc. and what this means to you.

So in our increasingly connected world we usually end up with many challenges in the various social networks to which we belong, whether at work, home or even between corporate entities. SLIDE provides the mechanism to establish, maintain and strengthen our relationships to achieve results through harmonious collaborations.

With SLIDE under your belt you will have a framework for self-knowledge and a new kind of social intelligence to promote empathy, harmony and results in your interpersonal relations with others. It thus provides you with a set of guidelines in dealing with various types (and subtypes) of people you interact with.

The applications of the SLIDE methodology transcends basic personality theory as it encompasses the interpersonal dynamics between individuals and groups. SLIDE aims to approach relationships in a holistic manner providing the practitioner with the tools to achieve maximum potential yourself and others.
