At SLIDE Consulting we see our primary goal as promoting understanding and effectiveness in human relations.
The applications of SLIDE encompass all aspects of human endeavour from optimum corporate management to holistic marketing tactics to personal career mapping and so on.

The Slidesters
Spencer Stern, the chief developer of the SLIDE system, has worked as an IT and marketing consultant for over a decade. His interest in social dynamics theory stemmed from encounters with various personal and business relationships. These remained largely misunderstood until he eventually published an academic book opening the doors to the creation of SLIDE.
Garth Lezama, the co-developer of the SLIDE system, has worked as an IT and business consultant for over a decade. His interest in human dynamics theory resulted from realizations that organizations must deal with all human elements. He believes that creating healthy working environments by applying SLIDE methodologies will maximize productivity.
